Thank you for considering Fantasy Weddings as you prepare for your upcoming special day. Below is a listing of the various options available, along with the current fees. If you feel you are in need of something different, please feel free to call the office and we can discuss designing a custom package especially for you.
 

 Fantasy Weddings charges the following fees:
   Hourly & Portions There of $100.00 
   Initial Consultation Fee (1 hour maximum) COMPLIMENTARY
   Comprehensive Meeting (3 hour maximum) Hourly Rate

At this meeting all details of your wedding day will be discussed and a draft of the timeline will be prepared.

 

  Vendor Referral Fee start at $100.00 

With your style and budget as our guide, we recommend reliable, creative vendors from our list of talented professionals.

 

   Vendor Calls $100.00 

Approximately two weeks prior to your event, the coordinator will confirm with all of your contracted service providers the date of your event and their arrival and departure times. We will also answer any questions they may have.

 

   Rehearsal (1 hour) $100.00 

This service is provided to help guide you through your ceremony. All options regarding the processional, seating, and all special moments during the ceremony and the recessional will be explored at this time so on your wedding day it will be flawless.

 

   Timeline Preparation (includes two revisions) $100.00 

This provides everyone with a detailed account of which events are happening and at what approximate time they are to occur.

 

   Wedding Ceremony Only  

This service is provided when the client has already chosen the ceremony site and service providers for the ceremony. Included in this service is a 1.5 hour rehearsal during the week of the wedding, 5 hours on the wedding day, a 1.5 hour comprehensive meeting in which all the details of your ceremony will be discussed, any remaining questions will be answered and a draft of your timeline will be prepared, and one assistant for 2.5 hours on the day of wedding to ensure that our level of service to you remains high and your ceremony flows smoothly.

 

   Golden "Day of"  
This service is provided when the client has chosen the ceremony and reception sites along with the service providers. The client has unlimited access to the coordinator before the wedding and the coordinator will be in attendance at both the ceremony and reception. The coordinator will also organize the wedding rehearsal. Approximately two to three weeks prior to the event, there will be a comprehensive meeting between the coordinator and the client. The coordinator will then make the follow-up service provider calls and start preparing the timeline for the event. On the day of the event the coordinator will be your liaison with the service providers and banquet staff. We will ensure that all readings, toasts, dances any other special moments occur seamlessly.

 
   Cristal Ceremony and Reception  
This service includes locating sites (up to three local sites and/or service providers in each category will be researched). Everything provided in the Golden "Day of" service is also included in this service. The coordinator is also available to visit local sites and/or service providers with you.
